Flashing red lights on your Xbox canmean a few different things depending on how many lights are on. So the first thing you can do is check the console and countthe flashing lights.

One flashing light might mean that your cablesare loose, check those first and if it is still not working, find out whatcode might be up on your TV. You will have to call Microsoft about a repairand will need the code to give to customer service.

When two lights are flashing it usually means that your system is over-heating. Unplugyour box and let it cool down for a few hours. When you plug it back in if itdoesn't work, you will have to call for service help.

Three lightsflashing can indicate either ahardware concern or a power supply problem. To check your power supply, look atthe light on the box. Red, orange or no light means that the box is not gettingany power. Change outlets and if need be, call for service.
