What's in it for you!? You have toask yourself that in a business. If you're working hard you needto know that they are going to give you enough in return.

You want somethinglong term

Just like a marriage you don'tjust want it to be something that will last for a little while.You want to be in it for the long haul. So make sure that this is a business you can see yourself in fora long time. Many businesses are fineand they may be fun and everything but they're not something you want to do for yearsto come. That's not always the best thing to have in a business. Youwant somethingthat you can build that will provide you with years and yearsof solid dependable income.
